Privacy Policy

We only collect what we need to run The Tattoo Connect: account details, profile info, messages, and the content you choose to upload (like portfolio photos). We don’t sell your personal information.

Account deletion: You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, messages, and associated data, except where retention is required by law.

Data we store: basic account details, profile info (like name, location, and styles), and anything you submit in forms.

Images & uploads: photos you upload are stored securely and shown on the app where you expect them (your profile, portfolio, event pages, etc.).

Messages: messages are stored so conversations can work across devices. We treat messages as private between the people involved, except when moderation or support is needed to keep the platform safe.

Payments: subscription payments are processed through secure payment providers. The Tattoo Connect does not store full credit card numbers.

Security: we use modern encryption and access controls where it matters (accounts, sessions, and payment flows). No system is perfect, but we take protecting artists and collectors seriously.

Terms of Use

By using The Tattoo Connect, you agree to use the platform respectfully and keep your account information accurate.

For artists: be honest about your work, pricing approach, availability, and booking expectations. Don’t impersonate other artists or upload work you don’t have rights to share.

For collectors: be respectful in messages, show up on time, and communicate clearly. Don’t pressure artists, harass anyone, or attempt to scam.

Account responsibility:you’re responsible for activity under your account. If you think your account was accessed without permission, contact support.

Acceptable content:don’t post illegal content, hateful content, or anything that encourages harm. We may remove content or accounts that put the community at risk.

Platform changes: we may update features, pricing, or rules as the platform grows. When changes matter, we’ll try to communicate clearly.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions (including Collector Plus and other premium features) are billed on a recurring basis unless you cancel.

Cancel anytime: you can cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged again.

Refunds: refunds are not guaranteed. If something went wrong (duplicate charge, billing error, or a platform issue), reach out and we’ll review it.

Event payments: if you purchase a listing or event post, eligibility depends on whether the event has already been published or promoted. If you made a mistake, contact support quickly so we can help.

Content Rights

You own what you upload.

Ownership: artists and collectors keep ownership of their photos, portfolios, and written content.

Permission to display:by uploading content, you give The Tattoo Connect permission to display it inside the app and on pages where it belongs (your profile, portfolios, convention pages, seminar pages, and previews).

Removal: if you delete your content (or your account), we’ll stop showing it in public areas. Some data may remain in backups for a limited time.

Respect creators: don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share.
